Objectives

"Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day, teach a man how to fish and you feed him for a lifetime" -Chinese Proverb

  •  By promoting education we are empowering impoverished boys and girls to go to school/stay in school so they can become a positive influence in their communities and grow up to be active citizens within their communities and countries.  Through extracurricular activities we promote underprivileged students to stay active and build self esteem, pride, acceptance and friendships.
  • Generating horticultural/agricultural projects so impoverished villagers can have ownership over their income and be able to have pride in working to support their families and communities.
  • Promoting health for the impoverished through education on the root causes of preventable diseases such as proper personal hygiene, and access to clean water sources through drilling and water harvesting. We also distribute life saving mosquito nets for the disadvantaged to help battle the malaria epidemic.
  • Working with grandparents/foster families to care for a generation of orphans who's parents have passed away as a result of HIV/AIDS and war.
